Setting short- and long-term goals, along with building a dedicated and loyal team are essential to growing any business. In a structured, remote environment, the global JBIER team comes together on a daily basis to brainstorm innovative ways of advancing fashion e-commerce that's never been done before. From incorporating the business and further developing the JBIER Internship Program to nearing 70K followers on Poshmark, the JBIER team has accomplished many milestones together.
