JBIER is a rapidly-expanding boutique startup, specializing in photography, merchandising, marketing, and the sale and resale of various fashion, beauty, home, and lifestyle products.

JBIER is a fully online boutique. We do have future plans to host pop-up shops in NYC and LA, so follow us on social media to stay tuned for updates!

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept JBIER gift cards available for purchase online.

Unfortunately, no changes or cancellations can be made to orders once they have been placed.

JBIER Inc. offers returns on all merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order, with the exception of items purchased on sale. All items must be returned undamaged, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached. JBIER Inc. also requests 3-6 product pictures, including (1) front view, (2) back view, and (3) side view if applicable.

Most products ship within 15-25 business days after placing the order. Resale items ship between 1-3 business days after placing the order.

JBIER ships to all 50 US states and P.O. Boxes. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

If you need to make a change to your shipping address after your order has been placed and before it has been shipped please email info@jbierboutique.com as soon as possible. We will make every possible effort to make this change before the order is released but we cannot guarantee a change of address after orders have been placed.

Please send us an email info@jbierboutique.com with your order number and include a clear photo of the damaged / incorrect item. Be sure to include the ticket with item number in the photo, so we can find out what went wrong.

We advise checking with neighbors, doorman, leasing office, and/or post office. If the package is still missing, please try waiting for 24 hours, as sometimes packages will be marked "delivered" before their actual arrival. Still haven’t received your package?
