JBIER Inc. offers returns on all merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order, with the exception of items purchased on sale. All items must be returned undamaged, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached. JBIER Inc. also requests 3-6 product pictures, including (1) front view, (2) back view, and (3) side view if applicable.
If you need to make a change to your shipping address after your order has been placed and before it has been shipped please email info@jbierboutique.com (mailto:info@jbierboutique.com)as soon as possible. We will make every possible effort to make this change before the order is released but we cannot guarantee a change of address after orders have been placed.
We at JBIER value our customers and express our appreciation by offering special promotions. Available sales, promotions and discounts will be announced on our website home page and across our social media platforms. We advise checking with neighbors, doorman, leasing office, and/or post office.
