    JBIER is a rapidly-expanding boutique startup, specializing in photography, merchandising, marketing, and the sale and resale of various fashion, beauty, home, and lifestyle products.
  • Where is JBIER located?
    JBIER is a fully online boutique. We do have future plans to host pop-up shops in NYC and LA, so follow us on social media to stay tuned for updates!
  • What kind of payments do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept JBIER gift cards available for purchase online.
  • Can I cancel or make changes to an order once it is placed?
    Unfortunately, no changes or cancellations can be made to orders once they have been placed.
  • What is your return policy?
    JBIER Inc. offers returns on all merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order, with the exception of items purchased on sale. All items must be returned undamaged, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached. JBIER Inc. also requests 3-6 product pictures, including (1) front view, (2) back view, and (3) side view if applicable.
  • What kind of shipping options do you offer?
    Most products ship within 15-25 business days after placing the order. Resale items ship between 1-3 business days after placing the order.
  • Where are the shipping destinations?
    JBIER ships to all 50 US states and P.O. Boxes. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
  • Is there a phone number we can contact you on?
    We unfortunately do not have a business phone number at this time, but we encourage you to reach out via email,, with any inquiries you may have.
  • How will the products fit me?
    Please refer to the size details section on the specific product page for more information. Feel free to contact us for additional sizing guidance.
  • What if I need to change my shipping address after placing an order?
    If you need to make a change to your shipping address after your order has been placed and before it has been shipped please email as soon as possible. We will make every possible effort to make this change before the order is released but we cannot guarantee a change of address after orders have been placed.
  • Where can I leave a review?
    Please feel free to post about your purchase on social media with the hashtag #JBIERgirlboss for a chance to be featured on our Instagram! You can also leave a product review at the bottom of the product page on the website.
  • What kinds of special sales and promotions do you offer?
    We at JBIER value our customers and express our appreciation by offering special promotions. Available sales, promotions and discounts will be announced on our website home page and across our social media platforms. We offer 10% to all of our customers who choose to sign up for our email subscription service. Additionally, on our contact us page, we offer a special 10% off discount once a year on your birthday! Our most popular form of promotions are complimentary gift(s) with purchase. These complimentary gifts range from skincare mini facials to accessories and gift sets. Stay tuned for more steals and deals!
  • I received a faulty/wrong item in my package, what do I do?"
    Please send us an email with your order number and include a clear photo of the damaged / incorrect item. Be sure to include the ticket with item number in the photo, so we can find out what went wrong.
  • Tracking information says my package was delivered but I never received it, what do I do?"
    We advise checking with neighbors, doorman, leasing office, and/or post office. If the package is still missing, please try waiting for 24 hours, as sometimes packages will be marked "delivered" before their actual arrival. Still haven’t received your package? Send us an email at
