JBIER Inc. is looking for an Administrative and Operations Management Intern to join our rapidly-growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Founder, Team Leads, Administrative and Operations Management team, and the Project Management team to manage overall business operations. This includes data asset management duties, scheduling, and managing team accountability. Please note, this role is an unpaid, remote internship.

Start date: November, December 2023

Duration: Minimum 18 hours per week for 5 months 

Location: Remote (Zoom), based in New York, NY - Hybrid optional

Communication: Bi-weekly virtual team meetings and daily breakout rooms are held via Zoom

Working Hours: Self-schedule 9 AM - 9 PM EST Monday through Friday, Saturday-Sunday 10 AM - 5 PM




Interns manage overall business operations and weekly team calendar. Oversee the team lead accountability document to ensure that all team members attend weekly meetings, request team meeting recordings, manage to-dos, and monitor the performance of priority projects. 

  • Collaborate with the Founder and team on meeting agendas, take notes during meetings, write recaps, and manage priorities. 

  • Organize and maintain content on Google Drive, Shared Albums, and Discord.

  • Keep a record of all photographed inventory, lifestyle photographs, marketing content, and documents. 

  • Manage and respond to high-priority business emails, bringing all priority emails to management’s attention. Download all reports and sign up team members for webinars, events, and presentations. Send iCal invites, Zoom links, and Calendly scheduling links. 

  • Manage and respond to business emails on Founder’s accounts, bringing all priority emails to attention.

  • Manage monthly and weekly team calendar availability, collecting all schedules and holding all team members accountable for submitting on time. 

  • Manage weekly team calendar by collecting all priorities from team leads and the Founder. Assign tasks to hour slots based on the team’s schedule and urgency. 

  • Working closely with the Founder and team leads to managing overall business operations. Oversee the team lead accountability document to ensure that all team members attend weekly meetings, request team meeting recordings, manage to-dos, and monitor the performance of priority projects. Pinpoint areas that are not meeting standards and optimize accordingly. 



  • All majors will be considered for this opportunity.

  • Administrative, project management, and finance experience are highly preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite platforms, especially Excel and Sheets.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.

  • Attend weekly team meetings to discuss overall business operations, as well as progress and performance of projects. Ensure benchmarks are in place and goals are met according to timelines.
