Our Story
Founded by Jessica Bierman in May 2020, JBIER Inc., parent of JBIER Boutique and the JBIER Fashion Internship Program, is a rapidly growing startup based in New York. Bierman has proven success in leveraging her expertise in mentorship and in-depth knowledge of e-commerce operations from building a sustainable brand, to impart valuable lessons and practical experience to young aspiring entrepreneurs to aid in their future career endeavors.

Experience the best of both worlds with JBIER Boutique’s in-person and virtual events. Beyond the e-commerce landscape, JBIER Boutique hosts Pop-up Shop events in New York. As an immersive, hands-on, shopping experience that takes place in a temporary retail space, Pop-up Shops offer customers the unique opportunity to connect face-to-face with our Founder and wonderful team! Similar to the immersive shopping experience of a Pop-up Shop, JBIER hosts live shows on Poshmark, engaging with our community virtually to showcase products in real-time.

Distributed to JBIER Angels nationwide, Angel Boxes are curated personalized assortments of JBIER Boutique merchandise tailored to individual styles, sizes, and trends. We aim to expand the program by adopting a subscription box model to offer quarterly Angel Boxes.

JBIER Fashion Internship Program
Bridging the gap between fashion, e-commerce, and career development, the JBIER Fashion Internship Program is an immersive learning experience created to support the personal, professional, and educational growth of college students within a remote, startup setting. The programs’ overarching mission and vision is to invest in career development by providing accelerated expertise and resources necessary to kickstart professional careers, as well as opportunities to network and secure full-time positions.
Educational Learnings and Courses
Through our Internship Program, our team is provided with essential resources and empowered to contribute significantly to the company’s initiatives. To aid in their training, we aim to leverage over 400 educational learnings, tutorials, and recordings to create specialized training programs, certifications, and courses that provide students with the opportunity to master in-demand skills tailored to their chosen fields. This not only fosters students’ skill development but also encourages creativity, making them more appealing to potential employers.
University Partnerships
By merging academic knowledge obtained in a traditional classroom setting with industry-relevant training, partnering with universities will significantly enhance student job placement rates. As students gain practical skills, real-world experience, and industry connections, they become more marketable to potential employers. This not only reflects positively on the students, but also showcases the institution's commitment to preparing graduates for successful careers.
Career Acceleration Program (CAP) Workshop Series
The Career Acceleration Program (CAP) Workshop Series adopts a proactive approach by providing virtual and in-person workshops, along with distinguished networking events , designed to equip future leaders with the essential skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to excel in their careers. The purpose of these valuable coaching services is to address the pressing challenges faced by students in the current job market, assist with refining their career goals, and making informed decisions, emphasizing the significance of robust career development strategies. The distinguished networking events include Industry Panels, Employer Engagement, Founder Fridays, and VIP Speaker Series.
