JBIER Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated Fashion Merchandising and Product Management Intern to join our rapidly-growing team. This intern will play an integral role in curating on-trend, branded collections for current and upcoming seasons. This intern will also work closely with the fashion merchandising and product management team to monitor, update, and manage the company's website content with a wide array of products across other retail sales platforms, such as Poshmark and Instagram Shops. Fashion Merchandising and Product Management

Interns curate on-trend, branded collections for current and upcoming seasons. Interns will monitor, update, and manage JBIER Boutique’s website with a wide array of products and on e-commerce platforms, Poshmark and Instagram Shops.

  • Monitor, update, and manage the company's website content with various products across other retail sales platforms, such as Poshmark and Instagram Shops. Ensure all outlets are up to date by regularly cross-referencing sales. 

  • Complete product listings by writing full product descriptions with styling tips. Update shop manager and inventory tracker when new inventory is available. 

  • Upload resale products to Wix and Poshmark, ensuring the inventory tracker is updated accordingly with all relevant information. 

  • Rearrange products on website pages aesthetically pleasingly while putting trending products towards the top and organizing products by category. 

  • Curate and style outfits and products that fit a specific trend or collection. 

  • Work with Finance team to develop an assortment strategy for crucial items and fashion. Discuss markdowns, inventory, and pricing executions. 

  • Work with Finance and Business Development team to analyze sales and inventory reports to identify opportunities for improvement. Devise seasonal and monthly strategies to increase sales of products, brands, and underperforming styles.

  • Work with Finance team to research competitor pricing and compare it with ours to determine whether our pricing strategy is accurate. Ensure we are offering top-of-the-line deals to remain relevant and beat the competition.

  • Download and manage pictures for existing and new inventory on our shared albums and Google Drive. Stay up to date with the new arrivals’ shared albums weekly. 

  • Regularly update the best seller’s collection with top products purchased and viewed. 

  • Manage and update the tracker for company-purchased drop-shipped merchandise. 

  • Create new arrivals collection, ensuring all new products align with each week’s top priorities.

  • Create new collections on the Wix shop manager.

  • Sign up for weekly Poshmark parties, make stories for specific parties, and record follower count and the number of shares before and after the party. 

  • Post a non-salable listing for every 1K new followers. 

  • Update product listing with new template pictures when we receive a host pick. 

  • Run through the Poshmark closet regularly for price drops or raises. 

  • Regularly monitor Poshmark and the website to ensure the availability of purchased products is updated.


Interns manage customer relationships across e-commerce and social media platforms, including the JBIER Boutique website, Poshmark, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. Interns create incentivization programs for customers to provide feedback on products, services, and overall shopping experience with JBIER Boutique.

  • Establish and maintain customer relationships on the website, Poshmark, and Instagram. Manage emails, text marketing service responses, customer reach outs, requests, and inquiries. Provide excellent customer service when responding to email inquiries and website chat. 

  • Manage customer tracking documents, ensuring customers are emailed and updated with their order status on Poshmark and the website. 

  • Reach out to customers on Poshmark to write love notes on their purchase and shopping experience. 

  • Create and monitor customer feedback surveys. Incentivize customers to provide feedback on products, services, and overall shopping experience. 

  • Provide top-of-the-line customer service via Wix and Poshmark platforms through emails and chat functions, keeping our customers informed at every step. 

  • Message customers when they purchase an item and update them every step of the way. 

  • Message customers who left reviews so we can post love notes. 




  • All majors will be considered for this opportunity.

  • Fashion merchandising, product management, styling, retail math, design, and analytics experience are highly preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite platforms, especially Excel and Sheets.

  • Experience working across e-commerce platforms, such as Poshmark, Instagram Shops, and Wix.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.

  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and understanding of e-commerce merchandising.

  • Consistent, dependable attendance and punctuality with the ability to work a flexible schedule based on team and company needs.
