JBIER Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated Creative Writing Intern to join our rapidly-growing team. This intern will play an integral role in writing highly-creative, well-researched blogs and articles, craft unique verbiage for email-marketing campaigns and brainstorm ideas to improve customer outreach. This intern will also work closely with the project management team to produce high-level, professional writing, for proposals, business plans, and dignified presentations. Please note, this role is an unpaid, remote internship.

Duration: 18 hours per week for 5 months

Location: Remote, based in New York, NY 

Communication: Bi-weekly virtual team meetings and daily breakout rooms are held via Zoom



  • Write and publish blog posts and articles for the company website and social media platforms. Topics include fashion, beauty, trends, styling, career, travel, sustainability, and the JBIER team.

  • Collaborate with the social media team in writing captions and hashtags for social and e-commerce posts. 

  • Utilize creative writing skills to perfect verbiage on our website, lookbooks, collection pages, and email marketing newsletters.

  • Work with the project management team to draft email responses for all high-priority, high-level emails. Stay up to date with all emails and priority projects requested by mentors.

  • Work with Project Management to optimize language for all pre-written communication documents.

  • Draft scripts for pre-recorded videos and share them with the Founder, team leads, and members.  

  • Collaborate with the Founder and web team to execute all aspects of the JBIER career service, including high level resume review and content creation for webinars, events, workshops, as well as the career service website page. Compile documents about the Founder and company. Create executive summaries to establish credentials as a career specialist and advisor, and business.

  • Collaborate with the Founder on creating new and maintaining current partnerships with universities to support JBIER’s Fashion Internship Program, including drafting and sending high level proposals to schools. 





  • All majors will be considered for this opportunity.

  • College credit eligible.

  • Administrative, project management, and blogging experience are highly preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.

  • Attend bi-weekly team meetings to discuss overall business operations, as well as progress and performance of projects. Ensure benchmarks are in place and goals are met according to timelines.

  • Clear and demonstrative understanding of how to manage competing priorities within a business setting.
